Founder and President for Great Lakes Custom Builder, James Wiese has consistently been an award winning developer for the last 5 years. James is a graduate of Wayne State University with a B.S. degree. He has over 23 years experience in construction and development covering fields of affordable housing, public housing, private housing, general contracting, real estate development, architecture, and construction administration. James has funded, developed, managed and built over 100 residential homes in the private, public and non-profit sectors totaling over $98 million. He continues to be a hands-on leader driven to maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism and industry excellence.

Lori Albrecht is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a B.A. in Interior Design and concentration in Building Construction Management. Lori believes continued education is vital in the construction field; she holds a residential builders license, is Lead certified, and has taken on-going educational classes to keep abreast on the current codes. She has been a vital member within the Design and Construction Management field for over 16 years.
