A proud graduate of Wayne State University with a B.S. degree, James Wiese brings over 23 years of experience in construction and development. His expertise spans affordable housing, public housing, private housing, general contracting, real estate development, architecture, and construction administration. He has successfully funded, developed, managed, and built more than 100 residential homes across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, amounting to over $98 million. With a commitment to custom home design, James continues to be a hands-on leader, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and industry excellence. Lori Albrecht also plays a key role in supporting these initiatives.

Lori Albrecht, a graduate of Western Michigan University with a B.A. in Interior Design and a concentration in Building Construction Management, has been a key player in the Design and Construction Management field for over 16 years. She believes that continued education is essential in the construction industry; Lori holds a residential builder's license, is Lead certified, and regularly attends educational classes to stay updated on current codes.
